2. Confidentiality and encryption

Personal data is treated confidentially. Data between your browser and this website is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS (shown by the padlock symbol in your browser).

3. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website the web server processes technically necessary data, e.g. requested page, date and time, browser, operating system, referrer and IP address. 4. Contact form, enquiries and registration

If you use the contact form or register for classes and events, your details (name, email address, mobile number if given, subject and message) are sent to us by email and used to process your enquiry or to run the event. The mobile number is used for schedule changes by SMS. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Your data is not passed on to third parties without your consent. It is deleted once it is no longer needed for its purpose and no legal retention duties apply.

5. Photos and videos

Photos and videos may be taken at classes and events and published on the website and on social networks. By taking part you agree; exclusion is possible by prior arrangement before the start. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

6. Fonts, cookies and tracking

The fonts used are loaded locally from our own server. No tracking or analytics services are used and no marketing cookies are set. Only a technically necessary session cookie (spam protection for the contact form) is used.

This website contains links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok and Ritmo Latino®. When you click them you leave this site; the privacy policies of the respective providers apply. No content from these providers is embedded automatically; data is only transmitted to them after you click.

8. Minors

Persons under 18 should obtain the consent of their parents or guardians before submitting personal data.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. Where processing is based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) you can object. Withdrawal and objection are possible informally by email.
